A proud veteran, Dr. Harrell has devoted much of his career to serving fellow service members and at-risk populations. His work spans veterans’ centers, community programs, and crisis settings, where he has provided counseling, life skills coaching, and holistic recovery support.
Dr. Harrell holds degrees in behavioral science, management and leadership, and addiction counseling. He believes in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—through a client-centered, empathetic approach. In addition to clinical work, he mentors future counselors, teaches online mental health courses, consults with organizations, and volunteers with Veterans Court.
